Sabaton – szwedzka grupa muzyczna wykonująca power metal. W 2007 r. uznana za najlepszy zespół hardrockowy w Szwecji
Tematyka utworów jest powiązana z wojną, w szczególności z II wojną światową, ale o wymowie antywojennej. Za przykład mogą służyć utwory z The Art of War - "Ghost Division" nawiązuje do niemieckiej 7 Dywizji Pancernej, dowodzonej przez Rommla w czasie kampanii we Francji w 1940 roku. Z kolei "Angels Calling" mówi o bezcelowych ofiarach samobójczych ataków na okopy podczas I wojny światowej, a "40:1"- o walce polskich żołnierzy pod Wizną we wrześniu 1939 roku. Grupa wielokrotnie występowała w Polsce
